Day 1: Sweet Dreams

Variety is not the spice of life.

Crystallized ginger is...particularly so when it is in carrot cake. 


Hello, Ginger Walnut Coconut Carrot Cake.

My name is Jennifer B. and I will have you for dessert, breakfast, dessert, and breakfast again. 

I will eat you warm out of the oven, cold from the refridergator and in the middle of the night when I wake from my Ginger Walnut Coconut Carrot Cake dreams.
